1. Who provides the prototype
ONEAMONG is currently a pre-incorporation prototype operated in the United Kingdom by its founder. Contact: hello@weareoneamong.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By selecting “Continue with ChatGPT” in the claim flow, you ask ONEAMONG to reserve a Human Number and agree to these claim terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you can still calculate, replay, copy and share an unclaimed estimate.
3. Who may claim
The current claim feature is for people aged 18 or over. You must use your own signed-in account and provide information you reasonably believe is accurate. A parent or legal guardian may calculate a child’s number, but child-managed claims are not yet supported.
4. What a claim does
A successful claim reserves one number for the same signed-in identifier, normalized birth inputs and KINPOINT model version. The registry aims to return that number whenever the same claim is presented again.
If the estimated candidate is already reserved, ONEAMONG may allocate the nearest available number within the model’s uncertainty window. The result remains an estimated cultural coordinate and is unique only within the ONEAMONG registry.
5. What a claim does not do
- It does not certify exact global birth order, identity, age, nationality or birthplace.
- It is not an official document, legal identifier, security credential or proof of any fact.
- It does not grant ownership over a mathematical number, a financial asset or an investment.
- It cannot currently be sold, traded or transferred to another account.
- It does not by itself reserve product stock, pricing or a future physical edition.
6. Stability, corrections and retirement
ONEAMONG records the KINPOINT model version used for a claim and will not silently recalculate it when the model changes. If you entered materially incorrect information, email us. A correction may require the old claim to be retired and a replacement created rather than editing history in place.
ONEAMONG may suspend or retire a claim where reasonably necessary to address fraud, automated abuse, security threats, duplicate records, unlawful use or a valid legal request. We will act proportionately and, where practical, explain the decision.
7. Prototype availability
The claim service is currently free and in testing. Features, sign-in providers and presentation may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. We will take reasonable care of registry integrity, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability during the prototype stage.
8. Responsible use
Do not attempt to claim numbers through automated requests, interfere with the registry, impersonate another person, probe security, or use a Human Number to mislead others into believing it is official verification. ONEAMONG branding and artwork remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights; a number claim does not license them for commercial use.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, this free prototype is provided for personal, non-commercial exploration and ONEAMONG is not responsible for losses caused by treating an estimate as official evidence or for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Updated terms will be dated and material changes to active claims will be explained before they take effect.
