Who is responsible
ONEAMONG is currently a pre-incorporation prototype operated in the United Kingdom by its founder. For data protection questions or requests, email hello@weareoneamong.com.
What happens when you calculate
The calculator uses the birth date you enter and, if supplied, birth time and birthplace to create an estimated Human Number in your browser. Anonymous calculations are not added to the ONEAMONG registry by the application.
The reveal, pause, replay, copy and share-card features work without creating a ONEAMONG account. A shared card contains the Human Number and campaign artwork, not your birth details.
What happens when you claim
If you choose to claim a number, you sign in with ChatGPT. ONEAMONG receives a stable, site-specific account identifier so the same claim can be found again. The prototype does not store your ChatGPT email address.
To protect the integrity of the registry, ONEAMONG stores:
- the site-specific signed-in identifier;
- a one-way fingerprint made from that identifier, the normalized birth inputs and the KINPOINT model version;
- the estimated candidate number and the number ultimately reserved;
- the model version, precision label, claim status and claim time.
The raw birth date, time and birthplace are used to calculate and fingerprint the claim but are not saved as readable fields in the ONEAMONG registry.
What happens when you join a product wishlist
If you register interest in an object, ONEAMONG stores the email address you provide, the selected product, your stated level of interest, whether you separately opted into broader launch news, and record timestamps.
The product update you request is used to tell you whether that object progresses towards production. Broader ONEAMONG marketing is only sent when you select the optional marketing box. A wishlist entry is not an order, reservation, deposit or commitment to buy.
Why we use this information
ONEAMONG does not sell claim or wishlist information to data brokers.
Service providers and transfers
The site uses service providers for hosting, authentication and technical infrastructure. They may process essential request, security or authentication information under their own terms or our service arrangements. Some processing may take place outside the United Kingdom; where ONEAMONG controls such a transfer, an appropriate UK data-transfer safeguard will be used.
Cookies and local storage
The prototype may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security and returning to a claim after authentication. It also uses temporary session storage to preserve a pending claim during sign-in. There are currently no ONEAMONG advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
An active claim is kept while the registry service operates or until it is deleted or retired. Product-interest records are kept during the demand test and for up to 18 months after the last relevant interaction, unless you ask for earlier deletion or continued retention is legally required. Essential security and hosting logs are kept for limited operational periods set by the relevant provider. During this test, rights and deletion requests are handled manually.
When a claim is deleted, ONEAMONG may keep a minimal retired-number record without the signed-in identifier where that is necessary to prevent the same number being issued twice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children and family numbers
The current claim and wishlist features are intended for adults aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian may calculate a child’s number, but should not ask a child to sign in, claim it or join a product wishlist themselves. Before opening child-managed profiles, ONEAMONG will complete a specific privacy and age-appropriate design review.
Changes to this notice
This is a testing notice for the current prototype. It will be updated before commercial launch, when new features change the information used, or when the operating business and domain are established. Material changes will be dated clearly.
